1. Return and Refund Policy

At Gemini Lebanon, customer satisfaction matters to us; but due to the nature of our products (hookah bowls and smoking accessories), we follow a strict hygiene-based return policy.

Eligibility for Returns We only accept returns or offer refunds/replacements in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is missing parts described on the product page

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size/color expectations, or items that have been used, heated, or show signs of use, for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at 70762511 within 3 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and clear photos/video of the issue
  3. We'll review your request within 2 business days and confirm next steps

Refunds Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (or as store credit, if preferred) within 2 business days of approval. If you paid Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed via [bank transfer / OMT / Whish], as arranged with our team.

Exchanges If your item is defective or incorrect, we'll offer a free replacement or exchange for an item of equal value, subject to availability.

Return Shipping For approved defective/incorrect-item returns, Gemini Lebanon covers return shipping costs within Lebanon. Customers are responsible for return shipping in all other cases (if applicable).
