Shipping policy
Where is my order shipped from?
All orders placed through our website are dispatched from our warehouse facility in Beirut, Lebanon.
Delivery duration.
Subject to us verifying that you are 18 or over and once we have accepted your order, we will dispatch your item(s) the same day you place your order, and aim to deliver within 1-3 working days depending on your location, provided your order is placed before 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Orders received after 1:00 PM Friday through the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Orders completed after the cut-off time will be dispatched the next business day. For example, if you complete your order after 1:00 PM on Friday evening, it will be shipped on Monday, depending on your location within Lebanon. If you complete your order after 1:00 PM on T, it will be shipped on Saturday.
Orders over $100 are entitled to FREE delivery (depending on destination — this option, if available, will be visible at checkout).
Exclusions include:
- Public Holidays
- Circumstances outside our control (such as weather conditions)
- Fuel shortages or nationwide disruptions
Delivery restrictions. We require a person over the age of 18 to sign for and accept delivery. Without this, we cannot complete the delivery and you may be refunded. Our customer service team will contact you to arrange a new order if delivery is not possible. Delivery timings may change — if your order is delayed, we'll keep you updated with a new estimated time of arrival. If delivery is delayed by more than 7 working days, you may contact us to cancel the order and we will happily refund you any money paid.
